Avari 354-Unit MF Development Advances in Avondale

Lervick Investments, LLC received city planning department approval for its proposed development of Avari Apartments, a 354-unit apartment community in Avondale. The development is located on 16.44-acre site within the city’s BLVD Village District at Avondale Boulevard and Corporate Drive.

The development is planned as an urban-form apartment community with 40 buildings encompassing a mix of 111 one-bedroom units, 211 two-bedrooms, and 32 three-bedrooms. Eight garage buildings are planned, as well as a clubhouse/leasing office, a fitness building, a pool bath building and a maintenance building.

The plan also includes 160,000 square feet of open space, including a 2.5-acre amenity zone at the center of the project. Other planned amenities include two linear dog parks, an artificial turf putting green, multi-use paths, barbeque grills and seating/lounge areas, and two pool areas. The front entrance will include a vertical water feature. Construction is anticipated to commence in September.
