Avanti Way Secures Hoffner Commerce Center in Orlando for $22M

Miami, FL-based Avanti Way Capital has acquired Hoffner Commerce Center, a 94,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building in Orlando, FL for $22 million. The 10.5-acre site is located at 5442 Semoran Boulevard in Orlando, FL.

Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor under the entity Hoffner Center, LLC; Avanti Way Realty represented Avanti Way Capital
