Avanti Buys 200-Unit Apartment Venture

Avanti Residential purchased The Avery at 1000 Avery Village Loop, near the Valencia College Campus in Orlando. Avanti paid $50.5 million for the 200-unit complex, which was sold by Republic Properties Corporation.

Built in 2022, The Avery by Avanti, as it’s now known, sits on 7.8 acres on the north side of Valencia College Lane. It features a pool and entertainment deck without an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center and a clubhouse. Floor plans are available in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom models starting at $1,644 per month.

The Orlando Business Journal reports The Avery is less than a mile from Valencia College, which saw record-breaking enrollment in 2023-2024. For the 2024 fall semester, enrollment at Valencia was 49,204, more students than Florida State University in Tallahassee. Avanti now owns seven apartment buildings in the state, including the Casa Mirella Apartments in Windermere.
