Avanti Arrives in Spring . . . TX

Construction is underway on Avanti Senior Living at Augusta Pines in Spring, TX. The 77,000-square-foot assisted living and memory-care facility is going north at 24520 Community Center Dr. The $17 million development is expected to deliver late this year.

The center will be designed for more than 98 senior citizens, and will offer a mix of one and two-bedroom residences. The complex will also offer a wellness center, an art studio, a theater area, and full-service alarm and spa.

Avanti Senior Living, headquarters in The Woodlands, TX, also owns Avanti Senior Living at Vision Park (Shenandoah, TX) and Avanti Senior Living at Towne Lake (Cypress, TX).
