Avanta Brings Second BTR Community to DFW

Avanta Residential has started work on Avendale at Chisolm Ranch, a 247-unit build-to-rent community in Fort Worth. This project marks Avanta’s second project in the Dallas Metroplex area and it’s third project in the state of Texas.  Avanta hired Brownstone Construction to serve as the General Contractor on the project.

The project will have one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units, both single family and townhouse options. Amenities will include courtyards, trails, parks, playgrounds and lounge areas. A resident center included in the build will have a clubroom with a pool, fitness center, outdoor living space and yoga lawn.

It is located south of downtown Fort Worth across from The Shops at Chisholm Trail Ranch. The shopping features several national retailers including Ross, Marshalls and Old Navy, as well as a number of dining, entertainment and nightlife options. Avanta plans to deliver homes at Avendale at Chisholm Trail Ranch starting in Spring 2024.
