AvalonBay Gets $147M for Nanuet, NY MF Sale

AvalonBay Communities Inc. sold the 504-unit eves Nanuet, located in Rockland County, NY. The joint venture buyer paid $147 million for the property, one of the largest apartment sales to ever take place in Rockland County. The buyers were Harbor Group International LLC and Azure Partner LLC.

eaves Nanuet is situated on 54 acres at 100 Avalon Gardens Dr. The 97%-occupied property is near Nanuet’s Metro North train station. The unit mix consists of one, two and three-bedroom units, averaging 1,208 square feet. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, a clubhouse, indoor basketball and racquetball courts, and a resident lounge.
