Avalon Development in Alpharetta Attracts 37K SF in New Leases
CBRE has signed five new office leases totaling 36,928 square feet at Avalon, an 86-acre mixed-use development in the Atlanta submarket of Alpharetta, GA.
Peter McGuone, Bryan Heller and Parker Welton of CBRE represented the property’s ownership, PGIM Real Estate.
Avalon’s new office tenants have taken space within buildings 5000 & 6000, which combined offer 108,000 square feet of modern office lofts located over retail in the heart of the development.

The leasing team is currently in in negotiations with three potential office tenants at Avalon that could take approximately 23,000 square feet combined.
In addition to two office towers and the loft office component, Avalon has two apartment complexes, single-family homes, townhomes, The Hotel at Avalon, conferencing facilities, community space and restaurants and retail.
