Auto Supplier Buys 32K-SF Industrial
Takumi Stamping Inc. acquired a 31,926-square-foot industrial building at 1930 Hormel in San Antonio. The facility, which is a new division and location for Takumi Stamping, will bring 100-150 new employees to the San Antonio area.
Brett Lum and Clare Flesher of NAI Partners, along with Tak O’Haru of White Cube, represented the buyer. Ty Bragg of Cavender Hill Properties represented the seller, Forumex LLC. The sales price was undisclosed, with the Bexar Central Appraisal District valuing the asset at $2.7 million.
The new owner manufactures more than 300 stamped metal parts for production of the Toyota Tundra and Tacoma truck series, as well as the Toyota Sequoia SUVs. Takumi Stamping is headquartered in Ohio.
