Auto OEM Company Relocates to 210K-SF in Fontana
Connect Inland Empire is planned for Wednesday, October 18th. Here’s where to register for the conference.
Genera Corporation signed a 10-year lease valued at $14.1 million for 210,930 square feet at an industrial building in Bolger Business Center in Fontana, CA. The privately-held manufacturer and distributor of automotive OEM aftermarket parts and components is relocating to 13232 Valley Blvd.
The property is owned by Bolger Family Trust, a private investor.
Kidder Mathews’ Jon Reno and Trevor Gale, together with Paladin’s Conrad Madsen III represented the tenant. Landlord brokers included The Klabin Company’s Frank Schulz and David Prior, as well as Cushman Wakefield’s Chuck Belden.
“Competition for comparable space in the Inland Empire West market, where the property is located, remains fierce. Genera was able to capitalize and move on the space quickly with the data we presented,” said Reno. “Genera Corporation has six distribution centers across the United States. They had outgrown their current location and required a larger facility for the Southwest region.”
