Diversified hoping to build Mesa Automall/apartments

Auto Mall/Apartments Slated for Mesa

The developers still need final approval from the town, but Diversified Partners expects to get a green light for a major auto mall and other commercial ventures at Signal Butte Road and State Route 24 in Mesa. In addition to auto dealerships, the project will also bring on about 550 new multifamily units along with retail uses.

EPS Group Inc. is the civil engineer and ALBA is the planner and landscape architect for the development team.

The Phoenix Business Journal reports the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors voted to approve a zoning change for the site last July, which was proposed as Berge Auto Mall. Berge Auto Group has seven dealerships in Arizona in Gilbert, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tucson.

On its website, Diversified Partners says it offers a complete range of commercial and residential real estate services for tenants, property owners, investors, and developers in all facets of real estate.
