Austin’s Pearlstone Partners Planning Another Downtown Highrise

There’s a while to go before it starts going vertical. The city is still reviewing plans but the developer, Pearlstone Partners is hoping to construct a 48-story residential high-rise, starting late in 2023. If all goes as planned the currently proposed 245 condominium units could be ready for move-in in 2026.

Pearlstone plans to build the tower on two now-vacant tracts that make up 62 East Ave. and 64 East Ave.

Pearlstone is no newcomer to the area. The company says its in the process of planning a handful of residential projects and it has three now under construction.
