Austin Retains and Attracts Office Tenants

Ocean Infinity recently signed an 11,397-square-foot lease at The Campus at Arboretum Building 3 in Austin. AQUILA Commercial represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

Opes One Advisors recently renewed its 4,828-square-foot lease at Westech 360 Building 2 at 8911 N. Capital of Texas Highway in Austin. Opes One Advisors is a financial services firm.

Harrison Schumacher and Elizabeth Ansbro of JLL represented Opes One Advisors, and Seth Stuart, Bethany Perez and David Putman with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord.

Meanwhile, Texas Partners Bank recently signed a lease for 4,879 square feet at Hartland Plaza at 1717 W. 6th St. in Austin. Texas Partners Bank is a Central Texas banking franchise.

Cortland Lowe of HPI represented Texas Partners Bank, and Bethany Perez and Seth Stuart with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord.
