Austin 300-unit Iron Rock Ranch get $52 million refi

Austin Multifamily Community Receives Refinancing Loan

Domain Communities bought the 300-unit Iron Rock Ranch in late 2019. They just closed on a $52 million refinancing on the Austin property. Berkadia helped arrange the four-year, non-course bridge loan through JP Morgan Asset Management.

The 22-acre rental community consists of 84 townhomes and 216 apartments in one, two and three-bedroom formats. Amenities include two pools, a fitness center, pet park and basketball court.

Residents are afforded convenient access to retail and restaurants along West Slaughter Lane as well as convenient access to I-35 and Mopac Expressway.
