- Edward Jones renewed its lease at Neenah Plaza, 9900 W. Parmer Lane. Preston Wolfe of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
- Ho Professional Dental Corporation leased 1,675 square feet at the H-E-B on Spicewood, 12854 Research Blvd. Joey Mendez of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Mark Story of Practice Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
- Kingdom Barber Shop leased 1,500 square feet at Parmer Lane Plaza, 12400 N. Interstate 35. Barret Espe of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Jennifer Bailey of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate represented the tenant.
