Four Seasons Austin to cost $830M to Build

Austin Four Seasons Project to Cost $830M

Hines and Austin Capital Partners are heading up the long-awaited project and they are not cutting too many corners. A public filing mentioned that the cost to build the Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin will be $830 million. Hines is expected to start work on June 1 and be completed before the end of 2026. Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts will lead amenities.

The community will comprise of six residential buildings with 179 residences. All will have views above Lake Austin. Offerings range from 1,900 square-foot, to four-bedroom residences with gardens and pools, and large penthouses with 3,000-square-feet. Residences start at $4 million. 

The development will have an athletic center and spa, private restaurant and a funicular to take you down to the boat launch. In the gym alone, residents will have access to four pickleball courts, a 300-foot infinity pool, two golf simulators, and an indoor basketball court.
