Austin Developer Building 152K-SF Mixed-Use Project
Spark Root Development is building a 152,000-square-foot office and retail development in East Austin. Called Collective East, the development will go up near Colony Park (photo), a 208-acre mixed-use development in East Austin.
The Austin Business Journal reports that Spark Root is targeting fall 2027 for completion. The project is rising on 9.6 acres at 7000 Johnny Morris Road.
Collective East will include seven buildings with suite options ranging from 725 to 19,031 square feet, according to a property brochure.
The development team includes Spark Root acting as the general contractor and Dick Clark + Associates as architect.
The leasing team consists of ECR’s Cory Camp, Hannah Huskey and Ryan Wilson.
