Austin Business Journal’s 2017 Commercial Real Estate Awards honored industry leaders in 10 major categories, ranging from Retail Development to Industrial Transaction.

Companies claiming the top achievement in their respective categories included Community Impact winner Bluebonnet Studios, an innovative housing community for low-income individuals; Office Development winner Domain 5, a creative Class A office project (pictured); and Multifamily Development winner Lamar Union, a 442-unit, mixed-use complex.

The event’s overall prize went to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport East Terminal Infill Project. The $62 million project improved passenger flow, added roughly 55,000 square feet and reshaped the airport’s entrance.
