Austin-based Swivel Firms Texas, National Expansion Plans

Austin-based Swivel Inc. announced it is expanding efforts throughout Texas and nationwide, with a move into Denver by the end of 2019. The company, which uses digital and virtual platforms to link tenants, landlords, property owners and brokers, provides office space opportunities to middle-tier, growing companies employing anywhere from 10 to 200, that want to level up from co-working spaces, but don’t want to commit to long-term leases.

Swivel doesn’t directly lease space, but rather, works with landlords and property owners to help strategize on their available space that can be offered through short-term leases, on a turn-key basis.

“Businesses in greater and greater numbers are looking for an alternative to traditional office leasing that offers cost savings and convenience on-demand,” said Swivel’s Scott Harmon. “We give tenants the ability to identify options that match their unique location, layout, and furnishing requirements all on short and flexible terms, and move in less than 60 days.”
