Innovation Business Park I & II have been sold to CenterPoint Properties. The two buildings consist of 361,467 square feet. They are located in Hutto, just outside Austin.

JLL Capital Markets’ Trent Agnew and Dom Espinosa represented the sellers, Ledo Capital Group and St. Clair Commercial Real Estate.

The relatively new structures, built in 2019 and 2020 respectively, are currently leased to Western Industries, Three Way Logistics and Barnsco.

Located at 1050 and 1070 New Technology Blvd. the site is near US Highway 130, State Highway 79 and Interstate 35. Towns like Round Rock, Cedar park and Georgetown are nearby.

Maybe most key, is the logistics-centric buildings are just 8 miles away from the recently announced Samsung North American Chip Plant in Taylor, Texas.
