The Austin Wells Branch and Domain districts are taking on more renters, as two apartment complexes are near completion.

After breaking ground in January 2022, OHT Partners is now pre-leasing at Lenox Grand in the Wells Branch area. The complex will have 315 units and will come with one- to three-bedroom options as well as two-bedroom townhomes with attached garages. Amenities at the complex include a fitness center, a pet park, a pickleball court and two resort-style pools.

Stonelake and Greystar combined on The Met, set to be completed next fall, with pre-leasing slated for October at 10100 Metropolitan Drive. The complex will feature 297 units with a mix of studios as well as one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a courtyard-style pool, coworking spaces and private offices, a fitness studio, garage parking and a sky deck overlooking Q2 Stadium. 10% of the units will be income-restricted housing.
