67-room, 8-story apartment to get going in Austin

Austin 8-Story Apartments Ready to Rise

Shoal Cycle will be a 88,000 square foot mixed-use/multifamily building proposed in downtown Austin. The builder, who has an affinity for sustainable building, is seeking to get certified by: Austin Energy Green Building, Fitwel, and Green Seal. 3,400 square feet of restaurant space will be available on the ground floor. Shoal Cycle, which will be along Shoal Creek at 11th Street, will have 67 rooms. The bid deadline has passed for sub-contractors and the developers will soon be able to get started. The development team is headed up by Weaver Buildings. Weaver developed the Capitol Quarter in Downtown Austin. It’s a 45,000 square foot mixed-use project. The move-in date is slated for mid-2024.
