Aura Avery Ranch Slates Spring 2022 Completion

Rosewood Property Company and Trinsic Residential Group have completed the initial phase of construction of Aura Avery Ranch, a 339-unit multifamily community located in north Austin. The new community, located at the intersection of 183A and Avery Ranch Boulevard at 13100 Avery Ranch Blvd., is now leasing.

“Aura Avery Ranch is designed to meet market demand and provide residents the best in apartment living – modern homes with high-end features and community amenities offering an opportunity to connect and feel at home,” said Rick Perdue, president of Rosewood Property Company. “North Austin is a growing and exciting area, making Aura Avery Ranch a great choice for people wanting a new and well-thought-out home in an area of Austin convenient to everything.”

Initial apartment homes, the clubhouse, fitness center and pool are now open, with final completion of the entire development slated for April 2022. Aura Avery Ranch is comprised of 339 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 576 to 1,422 square feet.

The design team included Davies Collaborative as architect, Benkendorfer and Associates as landscape architect, Faulkner Design Group as interior designer and Jones Carter Engineering as civil engineer. Associated Bank served as the construction lender.
