Aulder Capital Secures Myrtle Beach Multifamily Combo for $28M

Berkadia has completed the combined $27.6-million sale of Aviary Village and The Cloisters, two multifamily properties located in Myrtle Beach, SC area.

Mark Boyce and Blake Coffey of Berkadia represented the seller, Eskay Management. The buyer was Aulder Capital.

“The Myrtle Beach MSA is one of the fastest growing in the US,” said Coffey. “The record migration and rent growth provides an excellent opportunity for the buyer.”

Aviary Village in Conway, SC features 72 one- and two-bedroom units plus pool, fitness center and playground. The complex is convenient to Myrtle Beach National, Conway Medical Center and the shops and restaurants near Edward E Burroughs Highway.

The Cloisters in Myrtle features 88 one-bedroom units plus pool and laundry facilities. The complex is convenient access to Pine Lakes Country Club, Grand Strand Medical Center and the shops and restaurants near North Kings Highway.
