Augusta Woods Village Attracting Major Retail Tenants
Augusta Woods Village, in Spring, TX, is starting to attract some pretty hefty regional and national tenants. The currently under construction 21,000-square-foot retail center is shadow anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter. And, coming soon will be a tenant roster that includes Great Clips, GNC, Akashi Asian Bistro & Sushi bar, Zazza Pizza Café and an Express Oil Change & Service Center.
Proposed retailers consist of Chick-fil-A, Regions Bank and a medical tenant. A Whataburger restaurant and Stripes convenience store opened in 2017 at the site, which is on Kuykendahl Road and Timbercrest Village Drive in Houston’s far north submarket.
The retail center, which will also include office product, is being built on 18 acres. Joey Lumsden with Evergreen Commercial Realty is handling leasing.
