Auction.com Sets Sales Record

We all know that Auction.com is one of the leaders in its commercial real estate sector. Now it has set another milestone.

A recent auction led to an office sale just above $96 million in Manhattan Beach. The 309,734-square-foot asset is called Manhattan Towers and totals two buildings. CWCapital sold the complex, which was brokered by Eastdil Secured. The class A asset is not distressed, which is generally associated with auctions, and Auction.com claims that the amount of the transaction is the biggest ever online, according to the Guinness World Records.

Auction.com’s recent auction also saw the sale of two multifamily assets in Reno, Nev., totaling $71.5 million.
