Atlas Real Estate Partners sold Angelo Place, a 480-bed, 120-unit student housing complex that serves students attending Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX. The New York City-based seller ended a 6-year hold with the sale to an undisclosed buyer.

Chris Epp, Chris Bancroft, Meredith Wolff and Craig Miller with FourPoint Multifamily Investments represented the seller in what was a value-add opportunity. According to the brokers, the offering attracted significant investment from “a wide spectrum of buyers.”

Angelo Place Apartments is situated on 8.7 acres at 1426 Western Court. Floor plans consist of four bedrooms/four bathrooms, with on-site amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, tanning facility, sand volleyball court, resort-style pool with poolside cabana and outdoor community kitchen and barbecue grills.
