Atlas Inks HQ Deal with Prodege in El Segundo

Prodege, LLC signed a 35,000-square-foot office lease with Atlas Capital Group in El Segundo for its new headquarters. The online marketing and media company will occupy a portion of the South building on the 102,000-square-foot amenity rich creative office campus at 2030 E. Maple.

The tenant is relocating from a high-rise building in El Segundo to a private, single story workplace where it can create a unique collaborative environment for all employees.

The modern open workplace meets the demands of the changing workplace dynamic including such features as private entry points for each tenant, exclusive restrooms, extensive windows and skylights that permit natural light and air flow throughout each suite. There’s also individually controlled VRF HVAC systems exclusive to each space, and ceilings that rise up to 20 feet high.

Cresa’s David Toomey represented the tenant in the lease, while JLL’s Steve Solomon and Kristen Bowman represented the landlord.
