Atlantic Retail Taps Justin Smith as Head of Capital Markets in Boston
Atlantic Retail has hired Justin Smith as Head of Capital Markets in the firm’s Boston office. Smith will augment the firm’s existing leasing platform.
Smith joins Atlantic Retail from Newmark Knight Frank, where he was a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s Boston office. At NKF he was responsible for coordinating retail investment sales throughout the country and amassed $3.5 billion in sales volume covering commercial properties nationwide.
In addition to Smith, Chris Peterson will join the team as a Vice President. Peterson most recently oversaw acquisitions and dispositions for SITE Centers and brings an institutional ownership perspective to the firm. Peterson will lead all underwriting initiatives and assist Smith in the expansion of the capital markets platform.
Atlantic’s Capital Markets team will be based out of the firm’s Boston office.
