Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC has completed the $2.5-million sale of 46 Eastman Street, a 25,010-square-foot industrial building situated on 2.52 acres in Easton, MA.

James F. Kearins and Mark F. Kearins of Foxborough, MA-based Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the seller, DeAngelis Iron Work, and procured the buyer.

The facility features high stud warehouse, loadings docks, drive in doors, impeccably finished office and flex spaces, mezzanine storage and significant parking.
