Atlantic Capital Partners Sells Retail Plaza in Ohio
Atlantic Capital Partners announced the sale of North Towne Commons, a 98,268-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located in Toledo, Ohio, for $6.2 million.
Teddy Driscoll, Associate at Atlantic Capital Partners, exclusively represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. Shadow-anchored by high-performing Target and Kroger locations, the center features an established lineup of national tenants, including Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Michaels, Shoe Show Mega Store, Pet Supplies Plus, and Aaron’s. Positioned in a dense trade area encompassing more than 295,000 residents within a five-mile radius, North Towne Commons benefits from excellent visibility and high daily traffic counts.
North Towne Commons is currently 58% leased, presenting a value-add opportunity to drive returns through strategic lease-up, capitalizing on strong leasing momentum in the immediate submarket. “This transaction underscores continued investor demand for well-located retail assets that offer a combination of stable in-place income and a clear path to future value creation,” said Driscoll.
