Atlanta’s Stove Works Under Redev by Asana Partners

Asana Partners plans to renovate Atlanta’s Stove Works, following the closing of Rathbun’s Restaurant and Krog Bar, victims of the economic fallout from the coronavirus pandemic. The existing Stove Works building and loading dock/hall will be converted to a breezeway and stairs that is adjacent to Asana’s Krog Street Market (pictured) and connects to Atlanta’s Beltline Eastside Trail.

Architect ASD|SKY will steer the design of the $2.5 million overhaul of the Inman Park neighborhood property. Improvements for the building at 112 Krog St. NE include facade enhancements, new storefront systems and whitebox spaces for future tenants. Also planned are new landscaping, pavers, wood-clad stairs and seating, as well as parking improvements.

Tenants at the Stove Works property include the popular Bell Street Burritos restaurant, Trees Atlanta and the Atlanta BeltLine Center.

Charlotte-based Asana acquired Stove Works and the adjacent to Krog Street Market for $45 million in 2018.
