Atlanta’s Floor & Décor Opens Shop in El Paso
Floor & Décor, an Atlanta, GA-based chain of warehouse flooring stores, opened its first store in El Paso. The 77,000-square-foot center is open and operational next to a Sprouts Farmers Market, in the Eastgate Shopping Center, at Interstate 10 and McRae Boulevard on the city’s east side.
The fast-growing chain offers flooring supplies, along with tools, decorative materials and accessories related to flooring. The company currently operates 108 stores nationwide, with plans to have 120 by the end of 2019.
Steiner Equities Group of Roseland, NJ owns the 139,331-square-foot Eastgate Shopping Center at 9801 Gateway Blvd. The center once housed a Toys ‘R Us, Big Lots, Office Depot and Family Christian bookstore. The Sprouts opened in summer 2018, following a renovation by the owners.
