
Atlanta’s Buckhead Tower Sold for $97M
Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square, a 348,000-square-foot, Class A office tower in Atlanta’s Buckhead submarket, has been sold for a reported $96.5 million. The 19-story property is situated on a nearly two-acre site at 3399 Peachtree Rd. NE, and is directly connected to the Lenox Square Mall and the JW Marriott Hotel in Buckhead.
The seller was a joint venture led by Parmenter Realty Partners Fund IV, and the buyer was an affiliate of Atlanta-based TPA Group.
HFF’s Richard Reid, Ed Coco, Ryan Clutter, Dek Potts and Ralph Smalley represented the seller, a joint venture led by Parmenter Realty Partners Fund IV, and also procured the buyer. HFF also placed the floating-rate acquisition loan with MetLife Real Estate on behalf of the buyer.
The property is near GA-400 and Interstate 85, and has direct MARTA and BUC bus transit options adjacent to the property.
