Atlanta Office Suites Coming to Pinetree Plaza in Doraville

Atlanta Office Suites has leased the 12,830-square-foot office building within Halpern Enterprises, Inc.’s Pinetree Plaza shopping center at 5269 Buford Highway in Doraville, GA. Owner Keith Cristal also operates office suites in Marietta and College Park.

“Demand for coworking spaces has increased as business owners and entrepreneurs continue seeking flexible leasing options in their return to an office environment,” said Halpern Regional Leasing Director Benjamin Halpern. “We’re thrilled to provide a convenient coworking setting from an experienced operator.”

Atlanta Office Suites will offer fully furnished offices, virtual office addresses, conference room rental, and a host of amenities, including WiFi, phone service, mailboxes, an internet café and kitchen and front-desk reception. Offices are available on long-and short-term bases.

Pinetree Plaza is minutes from I-285, I-85 and Hwy 141. The 206,175-square-foot center has four points of ingress/egress and is on MARTA’s bus line. It is 97-percent leased.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
