Atlanta Hawks Sign Lease Expansion for Three Full Floors at 101 Marietta

The Dilweg Cos. secured a multi-year lease expansion with the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks for three full floors at 101 Marietta Street in Downtown Atlanta.

The NBA franchise will occupy 53,865 square feet of premium office space at the property, which will allow the team to consolidate all of its front-office operations just two blocks from State Farm Arena. The space was needed after a recent hiring expansion that included the addition of the club’s NBA G League affiliate, the College Park Skyhawks.

Highlights of the revamped space at 101 Marietta will include a new employee lounge and break room that will contain a full-service kitchen with a mix of seating, break-out spaces, flat-screen televisions and several other tech-infused amenities.

Chris Port and Kyle Kenyon of CBRE represented the Dilweg Cos. in the transaction. John Dolan of CBRE advised the Atlanta Hawks.
