Atlanta Developers Launch SkyHouse at Texas’ $1.8B Frisco Station

Atlanta-based Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development Co. commenced construction on SkyHouse Frisco Station, a 25-story multifamily tower in Frisco, TX. The 332-unit multifamily community is located within Hillwood’s $1.8-billion, 242-acre Frisco Station mixed-use development in North Texas.

The property is planned to include studios through three-bedroom apartments, a 25th floor Sky Deck with a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, fireplaces, and a pool table. Set for delivery in 2019, SkyHouse Frisco Station also includes a fitness center, dog spa, business center and Wi-Fi throughout the community.

Novare Group’s Jim Borders says “SkyHouse Frisco Station will be urban mixed-use social center living at its best, combining all the amenities expected from a premiere luxury development with the convenience and excitement of living within walking distance of work, restaurants, shopping, and of course, the neighboring mixed-use development The Star.”
