Atkins Cos. Divests from 33K-SF Medical Office Building in Bel Air

Commercial real estate development, investment, and property management firm Atkins Cos. has sold Plumtree Medical Center, a 33,000-square-foot medical office building located at 104 Plumtree Road in Bel Air, MD. The sales price was not disclosed.

Plumtree Medical Center is a single-story medical office building located in between Routes 24 and 924 and less than two miles from Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, a 181-bed and 450-physician hospital.

Ben Appel, Jay Miele, John Nero, Michael Greeley and Ron Ott of Newmark represented Atkins Cos. in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
