Athleta Opens New Storefront at Mohegan Sun

Women’s activewear brand Athleta has opened a 4,200-square-foot retail store at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut.

The new outlet is located at 1 Mohegan Sun Blvd, which is part of the Shops at Mohegan Sun, a 130,000-square-foot shopping area. The property features two casinos, shopping and dining options, spas, meeting facilities, a sportsbook, and entertainment venues.

“Athleta will join 30+ shopping options in the Shops at Mohegan Sun and this addition certainly elevates the overall shopping experience at Mohegan Sun,” said Jeff Hamilton, president & general manager of Mohegan Sun.

The Shops at Mohegan Sun is also home to the likes of COACH, Tommy Bahama, Yankee Candle, SEPHORA, Rove Outfitters, LIDS and more. Carl Wunderlich of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
