ATCO’s 630 Third Sees Four Leasing Deals

ATCO Properties & Management completed four leases and renewals totaling 25,127 square feet at 630 Third Ave.. In the largest transaction, law firm Leader Berkon Colao & Silverstein signed a five-year, 10,193-square-foot renewal.

In addition, The Consulate General of Uzbekistan and Permanent Mission of Uzbekistan to the United Nations completed a 10-year, 5,378-square-foot lease. ATCO also completed a seven-year, 5,305-square-foot renewal for law firm Cox, Padmore, Skolnik & Shakarchy, and a one-year, 4,251-square-foot renewal for independent brokerage firm Katalyst Securities LLC.

NKF’s Stephen Gordon represented Leader Berkon; Lee & Associates’ Gregory Gang and Sergio Turaev represented the Permanent Mission of Uzbekistan; ATCO’s Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman represented Cox Padmore; and Matt Kashani of Norman Bobrow & Company represented Katalyst.

Ownership was represented by NKF’s Jonathan Franzel and Brittany Silver in the Mission of Uzbekistan transaction; Franzel in the Katalyst renewal; and Atco Brokerage Services for the Leader Berkon and Cox, Padmore transactions.
