ATCO, Shorenstein Complete 140K-SF Office Property in Charlotte’s North End

ATCO Properties, in partnership with real estate investment company Shorenstein Properties have completed the Gama Goat Building, a 140,000-square-foot creative office property in Charlotte’s North End Smart District.

Located at 1701 North Graham St., the building is part of the 1 million-square-foot Camp North End development. The building was originally a manufacturing plant for U.S. Army Gama Goat vehicles during the late 1960s. The building is one of several that ATCO and Shorenstein are adaptively reusing at Camp North End. Other projects include 301 Camp Road and 1701 N Graham, both complete, 201 Camp Road, and the Ford building.

“Redeveloping projects that create a positive impact at both the property and community level is a great source of pride for us at Shorenstein,” said Matt Knisely, managing director at Shorenstein. “We are confident that the Gama Goat Building will be a highly sought-after destination for office space in Charlotte.”
