ATCO Properties & Management finalized four leases at its 381 Park Ave. South in Manhattan's Midtown South

ATCO Secures Five Leases at Sister Buildings in Midtown South 

ATCO Properties & Management  completed five leasing transactions totaling 16,400 square feet at 373 Park Ave, South and sister building 381 Park Ave. South in the Midtown South office district. 

In the largest transaction, ATCO welcomed Aegis Venture Partners LLC into an 8,732-square-foot space at 373 Park South. The two-year deal was handled for the tenant by Savills’ Brandon Cooperstock. Cushman & Wakefield’s Natalie Tobar-Romero represented the landlord. 

At 381 Park South, ATCO closed four deals including a seven-year, 2,954 square-foot lease with FGS Design LLC. FGS’ Robert Morris represented the tenant. ATCO co-president Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman represented building ownership in-house. 

Also at 381 Park South, ATCO signed a four-year, 1,521-square-foot renewal with New York-based conservation studio TWO STICKS inc. Francesca Esmay of TWO STICKS represented the tenant and Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman represented ownership. 

ATCO also completed a five-year lease renewal and expansion to 1,990 square feet with Valerio Architects Inc.. No brokers were involved. 

Additionally, ATCO signed a new five-year and four-month, 1,203-square-foot lease with EVOS to open the food and beverage purveyor’s New York office at 381 Park South. Newmark’s Todd Hershman represented the tenant and Cushman & Wakefield’s Pierce Hance represented ownership.
