ATCO Properties & Management Completes Six Renewals Totaling 30K-SF 

ATCO Properties & Management has secured lease renewals totaling 29,668 square feet across three Midtown properties in New York City.  

At 555 Fifth Avenue, law firm Nicoletti Spinner Ryan Gulino Pinter LLP will remain on a portion of the 8th floor, while accounting firm Frankel & Salamo, LLC renewed its lease on the ninth floor. 630 Third Avenue will see fragrance manufacturer Parlux, Ltd. and law firm MRTL Realty LLC renew their leases on the 6th and 18th floors, respectively. Additionally, Industrial Development Funding, LLC and CxC II Enterprises, Inc. renewed their leases at 381 Park Avenue South.
