ATCO Completes Two New Leases, One Expansion at 381 Park South

ATCO Properties & Management completed three leasing transactions totaling 6,087 square feet at 381 Park Ave. South, its office tower in Manhattan’s Midtown South district. They included the following:

  • Continental Realty Corporation, a full-service commercial real estate and investment company, signed a new, 1,191-square-foot office lease. Robert Tunis, Kyle Berlinsky and Joseph Mangiacotti of Colliers represented building ownership while Jacob Wolkenfeld of Norman Bobrow & Co. represented Continental Realty Corporation.
  • Maria B. Campbell Associates, Inc., a literary scouting company, leased 2,957 square feet. Tunis, Berlinsky and Mangiacotti again represented building ownership and Hannah Gerard of CBRE represented Maria B. Campbell Associates.
  • Industrial Development Funding, LLC expanded and relocated by signing a new lease for 1,939 square feet, adding 660 square feet. Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman handled leasing negotiations with the tenant in-house.
