ATCO Closes Four Leases for 381 Park Ave South 

ATCO Properties & Management has closed four leasing transactions totaling 8,444 square feet at 381 Park Avenue South in Midtown South.  

The largest involved a five-year lease renewal with Sepp Leaf Products, Inc. for 4,617 square feet. Valerio Architects expanded its presence with a new four-year lease, PreZenDental PLLC signed a new 10-year lease, and Breakaway Communications renewed its lease for five years. The building, constructed in the early 1900s, spans 17 floors and 228,000 square feet.  

Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman of ATCO handled the leasing negotiations with Sepp Leaf Products, Valerio and Breakaway in-house. PreZenDental was represented by Evan Gasman of CARR, Inc., and ATCO was represented by Robert Tunis, Kyle Berlinsky and Joseph Mangiacotti of Colliers. Alex D’amario from CBRE represented Breakaway.
