ATCO Begins Multifamily Development at Camp North End

ATCO Properties & Management has commenced construction on Kinship East and Kinship West in Charlotte, NC. The project is Camp North End’s first multifamily development.

ATCO is partnering with Tishman Capital Partners, Highmore and Blueprint Local on the project, located in the southwest portion of Camp North End’s 76-acre campus. It will be completed in early 2025, delivering 301 new apartments across two buildings.

Plans call for studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts as well as cluster units and live-work floor plans.

Camp North End is one of the largest adaptive reuse projects underway in the U.S. Since assembling the site in 2016, industrial buildings have been repurposed into 500,000 square feet of Class A offices and a robust retail program.

Located at 110 Razades Way, the 240,390-square-foot project will feature Fitwel certified building amenities, a national building standard that focuses on optimizing holistic health benefits in neighborhood-scale projects.
