ATCAP Partners Leases Out 53K-SF to AIS

Advanced Infusion Solutions, which provides home infusion solutions, intraspinal pump, medication delivery and comprehensive pharmacy services, inked a deal for 53,397 square feet at Gramercy Center South in far north Dallas. Landlord ATCAP Partners of Dallas owns the two-building, 256,000-square-foot office park at 18451 N. Dallas Pkwy.

Stream Realty Partners’ Ryan Evanich and Matt Wieser brokered the transaction. Kimarie Ankenbrand with JLL assisted as a cooperating broker in the transaction.

ATCAP Partners came to own the 20-year-old property just recently, buying it from Austin-based Cap Ridge Partners in July 2017. Cap Ridge Partners, in turn, had bought the two-building office park in 2013.
