The first apartments are leasing at 325 Kent Ave., the first building at the Domino Sugar Refinery, which will eventually include more than 6,000 new apartments and a waterfront park.

When it opens later this year, the 522-unit building will include luxury apartments starting at $2,495 for studios, $3,250 for one-bedrooms, and $5,195 for two bedrooms. The building also will include 104 affordable apartments — which recieved 87,000 applications in a housing lottery last fall.
