At 129th REBNY Annual, Predictions for a Year of Growth (VIDEO)

2025 will be a year of growth and continuing momentum, rather than a time of maintaining the status quo. That was the consensus among commercial real estate industry leaders who Connect CRE interviewed at the Real Estate Board of New York’s 129th REBNY Annual, held Jan. 16 at The Glasshouse on Manhattan’s Far West Side.

In the video below, you’ll hear insights from Newmark CEO Barry Gosin; Rudin Management co-chairman Bill Rudin; BK Real Estate Advisors chairman Bob Knakal; Brian Steinwurtzel, co-CEO and principal, GFP; Bruce Mosler, chairman of global brokerage, Cushman & Wakefield; Craig Waggner, managing director, Cushman & Wakefield; David Lipson, CEO, Savills North America; Gary Rosenberg, founding member, Rosenberg & Estis; Alex Fetner, acquisitions & development associate, and Hal Fetner, president & CEO, Fetner Properties; Avison Young principal James Nelson; Jay Neveloff, partner, Kramer Levin; and Jonathan Mechanic, partner, Fried Frank.
