Astral Weeks Launches Redevelopment of Greenpoint Warehouse

Astral Weeks, a real estate development and management company based in New York City, launched its latest development: Franklin Point, located at 12 Franklin St. in the north Brooklyn neighborhood of Greenpoint. The developer will host a private event Tuesday to mark the project’s launch.

A redevelopment of an industrial property that Astral Weeks acquired in 2023, Franklin Point is described as a multi-destination commercial hub designed to accommodate a diverse range of tenants, including retail, food and beverage concepts, creative workspaces, and social, cultural and event venue. Private tours of the property are available by appointment through Franklin Point’s leasing agent, GoodSpace.

“Franklin Point reflects our team’s ongoing commitment to thoughtful development in Brooklyn’s most vibrant neighborhoods,” said Raymond Roubeni, principal and co-founder of Astral Weeks. “The project represents a collaborative effort to create a destination that is meaningful and resonates with the neighborhood.”
