Astoria Favorite :3Coffee Roasters Expands to Halletts Point
The Durst Organization has signed :3Coffee Roasters to a 1,232-square-foot lease for a new retail location at 30 Halletts Point in Astoria, Queens. Expected to open later this year, the new shop marks an expansion for the family-owned business and its second Astoria location. It will also be the first retail at 20 and 30 Halletts Point, which opened last year with 647 apartments.
“Halletts Point is a thriving community with spectacular views of Manhattan and Queens. As the neighborhood continues to grow, we are selecting retailers that will bring additional value to residents and neighbors alike, and we are excited to welcome :3Coffee Roasters,” said Jody Durst, President of The Durst Organization.
:3Coffee Roasters was founded by Astoria residents Fabian Guzman and Andrea Gomez. The brand first opened on Steinway Street in Astoria and later expanded to the Flatiron District in Manhattan, building a following for their neighborhood-oriented approach and high-quality offerings.
The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Karen Rose and Eric Engelhardt and by KSR’s Zach Nathan, Mark Gallucci, and Hunter Lazan. :3Coffee Roasters was represented by Genaro Otero at Sinvin.
